Bellezza Aesthetic ("Bellezza", "we", "us") is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Italian data protection law.

This policy applies to the public website only. It does not cover data processed by independent distributors or clinics that use Bellezza products, who act as separate data controllers for their own patients.

Data We Collect

We collect personal data only when you choose to submit it through one of this site's forms:

  • General contact form — name, email address, phone number, country, subject, and message.
  • Professional access request form — name, email address, phone number, country, clinic or practice name, profession, and professional license number, together with your message.

We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers to collect data about your visit. The only data our infrastructure sets automatically is a first-party session cookie, described in our Cookie Policy.

How We Use It, Retention & Your Rights

How we use it. We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry, to verify eligibility for professional access, and to maintain a record of the request. We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Retention. Contact and professional access requests are retained for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping, after which they are deleted.

Your rights. Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, or for any question about this policy, contact us through the contact page. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
